Many products can be moved on this type of conveyor but it is most suitable to flat based products. As small irregular shaped goods may get stuck in between rollers and may be better suited with a more traditional flat belt conveyor.

Roller diameters from 25mm - 30mm - 40mm - 50mm supplied in either plastic, stainless steel, bright zinc plated mild steel or self colours mild steel. Rollers can be fitted with a spring loaded or fixed spindle. Spindles can be round or hexagonal.

30mm diameter rollers set at 35mm pitch mounted in a clean line stainless steel framework. This is ideal for transporting smaller products.
Low Level Gravity Track
40mm diameter rollers at 45mm pitch. Mounted in a stainless steel frame. This unit is fitted with en end stop and adjustable feet.
Standard Roller Track
50mm diameter rollers, set at a pitch of 80mm. Frameworks can be either mild steel painted or stainless steel depending on the application.
