Q. What size's can I have my table diameters?

A. C-Trak offer as standard a 1m, 1.2m and 1.5m However specials are available on request. Large discs are not advisable as they will not run flat.

Q. What products can I turn on my table and would raw food be okay?

A. Our turntables tops are fabricated in stainless steel or plastic so are ideal for most products including food.

Q. Is it possible to accumulate my products on a rotary table?

Q. How fast can my a rotary table run?

A. It is always good to be mindful of the speed of the outside dia of the top disc but generally 4.7 revs per minute up to 15 revs per minute it is always best to clarify what you intentions for the use of the table at the design stage to avoid disappointment. Variable speed can be achieved by adding an invertor.

Q. How thick will the table top be?

A. C-Trak offer a stainless steel disc at 3mm thick alternatively a plastic top can be supplied at 25mm thick.


Q. Does the table top run true or will there be distortion?

A. C-Trak offer + or – 0.75mm


Q. Can I order a replace a table top for my rotary table?

A. New tops can be ordered then fitted in minutes.

Q. Can I get close transfers from a table to another conveyor?
A. Yes, you can. The gap is normally 2 to 3mm.
