Gravity Fed Conveyors are a cost effective way without using motors. This style of conveyor are best suited to heavy to medium duty flat bottomed products such as boxes so as not to trap goods in between the rollers.

Close Pitch Gravity Roller Track
30mm diameter rollers set at 35mm pitch mounted in a clean line stainless steel framework. This is ideal for transporting smaller products.
Low Level Gravity Track
40mm diameter rollers at 45mm pitch. Mounted in a stainless steel frame. This unit is fitted with en end stop and adjustable feet.
Standard Roller Track
50mm diameter rollers, set at a pitch of 80mm. Frameworks can be either mild steel painted or stainless steel depending on the application.
Small more irregular shaped goods may get stuck in between rollers and may be better suited with a more traditional flat belt conveyor.
